Flexibele printplaten bestaan uit meerdere lagen flexibele en stijve materialen die afzonderlijke stijve en flexibele zones in \u00e9\u00e9n behuizing vormen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flexibele printplaatstructuren bestaan uit koperen circuits die zijn verbonden met een polymeer (meestal polyimide) substraat, vergelijkbaar met meerlaags stijf printplaatmateriaal, en zijn verder ontwikkeld tot flexibele circuits als een gelamineerde laag binnen een flexibele printplaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Via&#039;s met een koperen coating verbinden de stijve buitenlagen met de flexibele binnenlagen. Stijve flexibele printplaten bieden een hogere componentdichtheid en verbeterde kwaliteitscontrole. <a href=\"https:\/\/fastpcbreverse.com\/nl\/componentbibliotheken-ontwerpen-in-altium-designer\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"84\" target=\"_blank\">De constructies zijn stijf en bieden extra ondersteuning aan elektronische componenten.<\/a> In SMT-vorm is het vereist, en het is flexibel in gebieden die moeten buigen en zich moeten aanpassen aan starre ruimtes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rigid Flex-circuits hebben een groot aantal voordelen op hoog niveau, waaronder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betrouwbaarheid van de verbinding \u2013 Stijve lagen worden verbonden met flexibele kabels; dit is het principe achter combinaties van stijve en flexibele printplaten. Zowel stijve als flexibele substraten kunnen worden gebruikt voor het ontwerpen van stijve flexibele circuits, waarbij vele complexe en onvoorstelbare combinaties mogelijk zijn. Diverse typen van het bovenstaande kunnen worden ge\u00efntegreerd in ontwerpen van stijve flexibele circuits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zeer complexe configuraties<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gecontroleerde impedantie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoog aantal lagen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verminderde onderlinge verbindingen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toepassingen met hoge dichtheid \u2013 Door het verwijderen van verbindingshardware met een stijve flexibele connector ontstaat er ruimte voor meer verbindingen op een standaard printplaat. De stijve gedeelten van een stijve flexibele printplaat worden meestal gebruikt voor een zeer hoge dichtheid aan SMT-componenten. De flexibele gedeelten die de stijve delen van de printplaat verbinden, zorgen ervoor dat de printplaat een driedimensionale structuur kan aannemen met extra stijve gedeelten op parallelle vlakken die met elkaar verbonden zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compact formaat en lager gewicht \u2013 Flexibele printplaatmaterialen zijn extreem dun en het is ook mogelijk om zeer smalle printsporen te cre\u00ebren, waardoor een veel hogere verbindingsdichtheid mogelijk is dan met traditionele materialen. <a href=\"https:\/\/fastpcbreverse.com\/nl\/werkingsprincipe-van-printplaten\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"83\" target=\"_blank\">printplaten<\/a> En dat alles met een aanzienlijke gewichtsvermindering van het systeem.
